You’ll Need:

6 oz. almond milk (or walnut milk) 

4 oz. tart cherry juice 

2 tsp. dried flower petals 

1/8 tsp. vanilla concentrate 

1 tsp. powdered ashwagandha (discretionary) 

1 tsp. crude nectar (to taste)

How to Make:

Include milk, cherry juice, flower petals, vanilla concentrate, and ashwagandha to a little pot and tenderly warm over medium low warmth until stewing. 

Decrease heat and cooked until warmed through, around 5 minutes. 

Strain out flower petals. 

Blend in nectar and appreciate
