You'll Need:

  1. 10 ounce bundle solidified spinach defrosted and pressed dry (crisp would work as well!) 
  2. 1 containers cooked cauliflower rice can be crisp or remaining 
  3. 2/3 container unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk 
  4. 2 extensive eggs 
  5. 1/2 container sharp white cheddar destroyed, isolated 
  6. 1/2 container mozzarella cheddar destroyed, isolated 
  7. 1/2 teaspoons salt 
  8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper 
  9. 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  10. 2 cloves garlic minced 
  11. 1/2 container dry white wine 
  12. 1/2 lb cooked ham diced 
  13. US Standard - Metric 

How to Make:


  1. Preheat stove to 375°F degrees. 
  2. Press out however much water as could be expected from the defrosted spinach. 
  3. In an extensive bowl, join spinach, cauliflower rice, milk, eggs, 1/some the cheddar, 1/some the mozzarella cheddar, salt, and pepper........ full recipe here!
