You’ll Need:


For the Flourless Adjustment (Veggie sweetheart, Gluten Free, Sugar-Free) 

2 1/2 mugs gluten-free moved oats 

1 tbsp getting ready to powder 

2 tbsp cocoa powder 

3/4 holder granulated sugar of choice 

1 holder squashed sweet potato can sub for pumpkin or banana 

1 flax egg can sub for whole eggs if NOT veggie darling 

1 glass channel of choice * see notes 

1/4 compartment coconut oil, mollified 

For the Keto, Paleo, Low Carb elective 

1/4 compartment coconut flour 

1/4 compartment cocoa powder 

1/4 tsp getting ready soda 

1/2 tsp getting ready to powder 

1/2 compartment granulated sugar of choice I used a cleric natural item sugar 

3 broad eggs 

3 tbsp coconut oil, broke up 

3 tbsp coconut channel 

For the chocolate icing (Optional) 

1 compartment coconut channel full fat 

1/4 compartments chocolate chips of choice 

How to Make:



  1. Preheat the stove to 350 degrees Fahrenheit/180 degrees Celcius. Line and oil an 8 x 8-inch square skillet with material paper and set aside. 
  2. In a quick blender or sustenance processor, combine all of your fixings and blend until a thick player remains. The certification you reliably rub down the sides to ensure all of the fixings are totally joined.
