You’ll Need:

Flame broiled Taco Chicken 

1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken bosoms or thighs 

2 tablespoons taco flavoring 

2 cloves garlic minced 

1 tablespoon olive oil 

To Gather 

8 leaves Romaine Lettuce washed 

1 avocado diced 

1 tomato diced 

1/4 container onion diced 

Cilantro Sauce 

1/2 container approximately stuffed cilantro 

1/2 container Greek Yogurt or sharp cream or mayo 

2 tablespoons olive oil 

1 jalapeno discretionary 

1 clove garlic minced 

Juice of 1/2 lime 

Squeeze of salt 

How to Make:

To Cook Chicken 

Include the chicken, garlic, olive oil, and flavors in an expansive bowl or zip-seal sack. Spot in ice chest and let marinate for no less than 15-30 minutes or as long as 24 hours. 

Expel chicken from marinade and dispose of marinade. Spot chicken on a flame broil or dish warmed to medium-high warmth. Let chicken cook until it is never again pink within, around 9-10 minutes for each side (or until it has achieved an inner temperature of 165 degrees F). 

To Make Cilantro Sauce
