Pasta 

12 ounces standard or sans gluten tagliatelle, rigatoni, or fusilli pasta 

Velvety Green Goddess Sauce 

2 1/2 glasses little cauliflower florets 

1 glass unsweetened plain almond milk 

2 cloves garlic, crushed and stripped 

1/3 glass stemmed and generally cleaved level leaf parsley 

1/4 glass generally cleaved chives 

1 to 2 tablespoons stemmed and generally slashed tarragon, to taste 

1 tablespoon crisp lemon juice 

1 tablespoon nourishing yeast chips, in addition to additional to taste 

1 tablespoon additional virgin olive oil 

2 to 3 teaspoons jolted tricks depleted, to taste 

1 teaspoon ocean salt, in addition to additional to taste 

Crisply ground dark pepper 

Garnishes 

2 mugs child arugula, slashed 

2 to 4 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds, to taste 

How to Make:

For the Pasta 


  1. Heat a vast pot of salted water to the point of boiling.
