You’ll Need:
MEATBALLS:
- 2 slices clean white bread*
- 1/four cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter divided
- 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow or white onion
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 pound ground chuck
- half of pound ground beef
- 1 massive egg yolk
- half of the teaspoon black pepper
- half teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/four teaspoon grated nutmeg
SAUCE:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/four cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- half of cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to flavor
- Parsley optional
How to Make:
- Tear the bread into pieces and vicinity in a small mixing bowl along with the milk. Set apart.
- In a 12-inch saute pan over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of the butter.
