Chicken Stroganoff
We newly revealed our enjoy of the old-school artist beef stroganoff. It's creamy, solid, and Pleasing over a bed of egg noodles. This fearful version is vindicatory as ripe. It's a little igniter than the first, but allay caretaker flavourful and extremely satisfying.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (12-oz.) package egg noodles
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces

- 1 lb. baby bella mushrooms, thinly sliced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 4 c. low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. sour cream, plus more for serving
- 2 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
Chicken Stroganoff
DIRECTIONS:
- Study egg noodles according to encase instructions and turn with butter piece comfort hot.
