Grilled Halibut

INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE HALIBUT
- 4 (4-6-oz.) halibut steaks
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
FOR THE MANGO SALSA
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 1 tbsp. freshly chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat grillwork to medium-high and touch halibut with oil on both sides then toughen with flavoring and bush.
- Grille halibut until toasted through, about 5 minutes per take.
- Form salsa: Mix unitedly all ingredients in a psychic vessel and flavor with flavouring and seasoning. Serve salsa over halibut.
