Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

Thís peanut butter no bake cookíes recípe really takes me back. No bake cookíes were a staple at our house growíng up, and we always seemed to prefer the peanut butter versíon over theír chocolate counterpart. But, don’t get me wrong, chocolate no bake cookíes are amazíng too!

Our chewy, classíc peanut butter no bake cookíes are totally addíctíve!

Ingredíents:

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 stíck of butter (thís ís 1/2 cup)
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup mílk
1 tsp. vanílla
2 1/2 cups quíck oats

Instructíons:

In a medíum saucepan over medíum hígh heat, combíne sugar, butter, and mílk.
Bríng to a rapíd boíl and boíl for 2 mínutes and 30 seconds (SET A TIMER!) stírríng contínuously.
