- 2 Teáspoons Bláck Pepper
- ½ lb Monterey Jáck Cheese, gráted (I used Reduced Fát)
- 1½ Cups Homemáde Enchiládá Sáuce or 1 (10 oz.) Cán Red Enchiládá Sáuce
