Ingredients

2 cups (300g) vanilla ice cream
2/3 cup (120g) yellow or white cake mix
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup (120ml) milk
2 tbsp sprinkles/funfetti, plus more for garnish
Whipped cream, optional

Instructions

Place ice cream, cake mix, vanilla and milk into a blender and pulse until smooth. Add in the sprinkles and stir by hand.
Divide between one large, or two small glasses, top with whipped cream, if desired and then sprinkle with funfetti.
Birthday Cake Milkshakes are best served immediately.
