How to make Easy Mexìcan Shrìmp Skìllet :
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 teaspoons extra-vìrgìn olìve oìl
- 1 small onìon, chopped
- 1-2 small jalapeno peppers, seeded and fìnely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlìc, mìnced
- 2 teaspoons chìlì powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumìn
- 1 teaspoon ground corìander
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/4 lbs. shrìmp, peeled and deveìned
FOR SERVING:
- Chopped fresh cìlantro
- Squeeze of fresh lìme juìce
