This food is made from selected ingredients and is still fresh. Many benefits if we consume these foods, one of which makes our bodies become healthier.
This food is also suitable for consumption by all ages. We can serve it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. And we can make it ourselves at home. So, try it
You’ll Need:
- 1½ cups softened butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- three cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 15 oz.caramel **See notes
- 2 cups milk choc chips
- 2 tsp shortening
How to Make:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cream butter and sugar collectively. upload your vanilla, flour, and salt. mix well.
- On a gently floured floor, roll dough out to ½ inch thick.
- To reduce cookies you can use a biscuit cutter or I simply used a small glass that became 2 inches wide.
- place round cookies on a gently greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 14-16 mins.
- let cookies cool.
- melt caramel and spread the caramel over the cooled cookies.
- let the caramel cool absolutely.
- upload your shortening into the chocolate chips and melt inside the microwave. Use a microwave secure bowl and watch in order that the chocolate does not burn.
- spread melted chocolate over cooled caramel.
- let the chocolate set earlier than serving.
- Do no longer placed in the fridge as it will discolor the chocolate.
NOTES:
I use Peter's caramel which is available in a five lb block. you may simply cut off what you want, melt it and it is geared up to move. if you use the Kraft caramels, follow the commands at the bag for melting.
Thank you for coming to my blog and enjoyed to try to make this food at home, good luck
