How to Make:
- In a vast stockpot set over medium-high, cook the hotdog until sautéed. Utilizing an opened spoon, exchange the cooked hotdog to a paper towel lined plate; put aside.
- Include onion, shallot and carrot, sauté for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are delicate. Include the garlic and sauté for an extra 2 minutes, or until fragrant, blending every so often to keep it from consuming.
- Speed in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Step by step include the chicken stock, rush to join. Keep cooking until the blend achieves a stew, at that point lessen warmth to medium-low and stew for 6 minutes.
- Pat however much oil as could reasonably be expected off of the frankfurter, at that point include it alongside the tortellini, salt, pepper, Italian flavoring, spinach, and half and half. Stew for 5 minutes, or until the tortellini is completely cooked.
