You'll Need:

4 portions of bacon, cut into 1/2 inch cuts 

2 BC Tree Organic products Ambrosia Apples, diced 

8 skinless chicken thighs 

1/2 teaspoon each: salt and pepper 

1 glass BC Tree Organic products Apple Juice or chicken stock 

2 tablespoons every: dijon mustard, grainy mustard, and nectar 

1 lb. chunk potatoes, quartered 

2 glasses spinach 

How to Make:


  1. Turn your broiler on to 375 degrees. 
  2. Cook the bacon in an expansive, ovenproof griddle over medium warmth until it's fresh, around 10 minutes. Expel it from the container with an opened spoon. 
  3. Turn the warmth up to medium-high. Add the apples to the dish and let them cook until they turn brilliant dark colored, around 5 minutes. Expel them from the container and put them with the bacon. 
  4. Season the chicken thighs with the salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. When they are darker on one side, expel them from the container. 
  5. Include the juice or chicken stock, the dijon, grainy mustard, and nectar to the skillet and whisk. Include the potatoes and blend them through the sauce. Settle the chicken thighs into the potatoes, sautéed side up. 
  6. Spread the pot and place it into your stove to cook for 30 minutes. Expel the spread from the pot and let it cook for 15 minutes more. 
  7. Expel the pot from the stove and include the bacon, apples, and spinach. Pop it back in your broiler for 5 minutes to shrivel the spinach.
