You'll Need:
SAUCE:
- 2 parcels ramen or other moment noodles , uncooked, dispose of flavoring
- 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil (or other nonpartisan seasoned oil)
- 400g/14 oz mushrooms , cut (any sort)
- 2 garlic cloves , minced
- 2 tsp sesame oil (or more oil)
- 5 green onion stems (shallots/scallions)
- 1/4 glasses (315 ml) water, in addition to additional as required
- 1 tbsp dim soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Clam sauce
- 2 tsp Hoisin sauce (or more Clam sauce)
- 1 tbsp mirin
How to Make:
- Blend Sauce fixings in a little bowl.
- Cut green onion into 5cm/2" lengths. Separate white/light green part from green part.
- Warmth oil in an expansive skillet over high warmth. Include mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.
