Fixings 

  • 1/4 lb/570 g gold potatoes (around 3 medium-measure potatoes), stripped and meagerly cut into rounds (around 1/8-inch thick) 
  • 1/4 lb/570 g zucchini squash (2 to 3 zucchini), meagerly cut into rounds (around 1/4-inch thick) 
  • Salt and pepper 
  • 2 tsp/3.6 g dried oregano 
  • insufficient 1 tsp/1.2 g dried rosemary 
  • 1/2 glass/35 g cleaved new parsley 
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced 
  • Early Collect Greek additional virgin olive oil 
  • 1 28-oz/794 g canned diced tomatoes with juice (no-salt included natural tomatoes are prescribed) 
  • 1 vast red onion or 2 littler red onions, daintily cut into rounds (assuming substantial, you'll need to slice the onion down the middle first, and after that cut) 

Guidelines 

  1. Preheat broiler to 400 degrees F. Spot a rack in the center.
