- 1 glass diced onion
- 1 tsp avocado oil (or olive oil)
- 1 ringer pepper diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper diced
- 2.5 glasses vegetable soup (or chicken stock if necessary)
- 15 oz canned tomato sauce or pounded tomatoes
- 1/2 glass gentle or medium salsa verde (or your most loved salsa!)
- 1 TBSP tomato glue
- 15 oz can dark beans (depleted + flushed)
- 15 oz can pinto beans (depleted + flushed)
- 1 glass corn (new, canned, or solidified)
- 3/4 glass dried red lentils
- 1/2 tsp bean stew powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4-1/2 glass overwhelming cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Heap ON THE Garnishes!
- pounded tortilla chips (my top pick!)
- destroyed cheddar or mix-mix cheddar
- cut or diced jalapeños
- slashed red onion
- pico de gallo
- cut avocado
- crisp cilantro
- harsh cream or greek yogurt
