Fixings :
  • 1 pack dumpling wrappers round-molded 
  • Oil for sautéing 
  • For the Filling: 
  • 1 oz cluster Korean dried sweet potato noodles 
  • 8 oz ground pork

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • Squeeze of salt 
  • Plunging Sauce: 
  • Chinese dark vinegar or Japanese ponzu for plunging 
  • Cleaved Scallion 
  • Sesame seeds 




Directions :
  1. Cook the sweet potato noodles by adhering to the bundling directions. When cooked, flush with virus water, depleted, pat dry with paper towels and generally hacked them into short strands.
