You’ll Need:

2 medium Beets, cleaned and ground
1 medium Carrot, cleaned and ground
1 can Cannellini Beans, depleted
2-3 vast Green Onions (Spring Onion), finely diced
1 loaded tbsp New Mint, finely diced
3/4 glass/75g Feta, disintegrated
1/2 glass/65g Crude Unsalted Cashews, finely pulverized
1/2 glass/60g Breadcrumbs, or as required
1/2 Lemon, or as required
1 Egg
liberal measures of Salt and Dark Pepper
liberal measures of Olive Oil
squeeze of Cayenne Pepper

How to Make:

  1. Lay your ground beetroot, carrot and cannellini beans on a stove plate. Shower with olive oil and sprinkle with a touch of salt, at that point fly in the broiler at 200c/392f until wrinkled and somewhat scorched. (approx 15mins) 
  2. Once cooled, include your beans, egg and lemon squeeze in a sustenance processor and mix to a glue. 
  3. Join in a bowl with your carrot, beetroot, green onion, mint, cashews, feta, half of your breadcrumbs and liberal measures of salt and pepper.
