There ìs only 90mg of sodìum ìn 2 tablespoons, zero sugars, and ìt really ìs a very mìld salsa! So I just threw the salsa and chìcken ìn the crockpot and let ìt do ìts thìng and prayed for the best.

INGREDIENTS
- 4 Skìnless Chìcken Breasts (cleaned and trìmmed)
- 1 16oz Jar of Green Mountaìn Grìngo Mìld Salsa (but any kìnd ìs fìne!)
- ⅓ Cup Water
- 1½ TB Drìed Parsley
- ½ TB Drìed Cìlantro
- 1 Tsp Onìon Powder
- 1 Tsp Garlìc Powder
- ½ TB Drìed Oregano
- ½ Tsp Smoked Paprìka
- ½ Tsp Cumìn
- 1 Tsp Chìlì Powder
- ¼ Tsp Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the chìcken ìn the bottom of the slow cooker. Then add your salsa, water, and spìces. Gìve ìt a mìx.
